Amanda Large, events manager at the centre on Pilsley Road, said: “We are absolutely delighted to have first been put up for the award and secondly to have won this. Our team work incredibly hard each day and our main aim is to support our local community at every opportunity. The centre is at the heart of Danesmoor and the local community always support us whether it be helping people in need or attending our events that we put on throughout the year.”
Serennu Therapies' surprise win at Wales Prestige Awards
Serennu Therapies has won the Wales Prestige Awards for Best Speech Therapy Clinic of the Year, which will be presented at a ceremony in Bristol this summer.
“It felt amazing to find out that we had won but we were also both very shocked as we didn’t realise we had been nominated for the award,” said Rebecca.
