Are the Prestige Awards free to enter?

Yes. Nominating yourself, your business or another business for a Prestige Award is completely free. There are no entry fees or application charges to take part in the awards programme.

Is there a cost if I win?

No. There are no compulsory costs associated with accepting or winning a Prestige Award.

Every winner receives a complimentary promotional package which includes:

  • A listing in the official digital publication
  • An official winner’s press release
  • Winners Logos

This ensures every winner can benefit from their achievement regardless of their budget.

Are there optional promotional packages?

Yes. Winners may choose to purchase optional promotional items and marketing packages such as trophies, certificates, plaques, magazine features and additional promotional opportunities. These are entirely optional and have no influence on the judging process or the outcome of the awards.

Are the winners chosen based on votes?

No. Prestige Awards are not decided by public voting.

The judging panel selects winners based on merit, taking into account factors such as:

  • Service excellence
  • Quality of products or services
  • Innovation
  • Customer feedback and reviews
  • Ethical and sustainable business practices
  • Overall consistency and business performance

Public votes do not determine the winner.

How are businesses nominated?

Businesses can be nominated by:

  • Customers
  • Clients
  • Colleagues
  • Friends or family
  • Members of the public
  • Or by nominating themselves

The Prestige Awards research team also identifies outstanding businesses through independent research and recommendations.

What happens after I accept my nomination?

Once your nomination has been accepted, your business enters the judging process.

During this stage, the judging team reviews information gathered through independent research and invites nominees to submit supporting evidence, such as customer reviews, achievements, accreditations and examples of their work.

The assessment process can take up to eight weeks.

What happens if I win?

Successful winners are contacted directly by the Prestige Awards team.

The team will work with you to arrange your winner’s announcement and promotional opportunities, including your complimentary digital publication listing and official press release. Optional promotional products are also available should you wish to celebrate your achievement further.

How many winners are there in each category?

Each award category recognises just one winner per region. Unlike some awards programmes, the Prestige Awards do not have Gold, Silver and Bronze winners, runners-up or highly commended recipients.

Our judges select a single business that has demonstrated outstanding performance within its category and geographical area, making the award a genuine mark of excellence.

This means that if your business is named the winner of a category, you are the sole recipient of that title for your region during the awards period. The focus is on recognising businesses that have truly distinguished themselves through exceptional service, innovation, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Are the Prestige Awards events free?

Yes. Winners are invited to attend Prestige Awards Presentation Day ceremonies free of charge.

These events give winners the opportunity to:

  • Celebrate their success
  • Meet the Prestige Awards team
  • Have professional photographs taken
  • Network with other award-winning businesses
  • Collect any physical awards they have ordered

Presentation Days are held at premium venues across the country and winners may attend individually or bring members of their team.

Do I have to attend the Presentation Day?

No. Attendance is completely optional.

Winning a Prestige Award does not depend on attending an event, and winners who cannot attend will still receive their complimentary promotional benefits.

Winners are welcome to attend on their own or bring colleagues and members of their team to celebrate with them.

Can I nominate my own business?

Absolutely. Self-nominations are welcomed, and businesses are encouraged to put themselves forward if they believe they have demonstrated excellence within their industry.

Why do you offer optional promotional products?

Many winners choose to maximise the marketing value of their achievement through trophies, certificates, editorial features and other promotional materials.

These products are completely optional and are available for businesses that wish to showcase their success to customers, partners and prospective clients. Purchasing these products has no impact on judging decisions or future awards.

If I win, is it really free to receive my award and attend the Presentation Day?

Yes. If you are selected as a winner, there are no compulsory fees to accept your award or attend a Prestige Awards Presentation Day.

Every winner receives a complimentary promotional package, including a listing in the official digital publication and an official press release at no cost. Winners are also invited to attend a Presentation Day free of charge, where they can celebrate their achievement, meet the Prestige Awards team, take professional photographs and network with fellow winners.

Should you wish to further promote your success, optional promotional products such as trophies, certificates, plaques and enhanced marketing packages are available to purchase. These are entirely optional, and choosing not to purchase them has no impact on your award or recognition as a winner.
