Our business undertakes a variety of property related work, such as surveys for defects or maintenance, project management, planning services, lease extensions or freehold purchases, land and boundary work, valuations and much more. Covering all of Sussex, with a special focus on Brighton and surrounding areas, PA Surveyors ensures a personal touch in their work by maintaining a small team of professionals, who are always available to clients whenever they need them.
Our experience covers the full package of property related matters. A particular area of interest is our work with the Catholic Diocese – helping to look after a variety of Churches, Listed Buildings and unusual real estate. This has recently involved undertaking stone repairs, as well as specifying urgent remedial works to maintain the design life of these beautiful buildings!

All Surveyors within the company are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
The judges were particularly impressed with the efforts made by PA Surveyors to continually update and build on their established knowledge of the sector. Iain Plant (the Managing Director) encourages his staff to evolve with the industry, having also been elected as the RICS Sussex Matrics Chairman, which involves nurturing talent, inspiring individuals to consider the Surveying profession and enhancing skills through high quality training. The aim of PA Surveyors is therefore not simply to make money, but rather to provide growth in the sector and help develop the next generation of chartered surveyors.
